1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Processing time is distinct from shipping time. The delivery estimates listed below apply once the package has left our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, inclement weather, or high order volumes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier’s system.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

LereSean is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help guide you through the claims process.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting our support team.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LereSean is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
